Since 2015 Next Jen Inspections LLC has offered the most detailed and informational residential home inspection in Eastern Washington. We go the extra mile for you, traversing the roof coverings, squeezing into attic spaces and wriggling through the crawlspaces to get you as much information as possible about the structures and systems of your home. We use various diagnostic tools to go above and beyond for you, testing items such as appliance functionality and water pressure. We show you the items we find during the inspection and explain the issues in an easy to understand way. We do not "nickel and dime" you by charging more fees for final walkthroughs, ensuring repairs have been done properly and giving you the peace of mind you need.

Our Certified Residential Home Inspection covers all the basics! From the roof to the foundation, exterior and interior structures and all the vital systems of the home such as electrical, heating, air conditioning, plumbing we look at all the visible components that keep your home healthy and keep your family safe! ​

Radon is a naturally occurring colorless, odorless, and flavorless radioactive gas commonly found in the soil, water, and water supply. It is commonly considered the second leading cause of lung cancer overall (after smoking) and the leading cause of lung cancer in non-smokers. Next Jen Inspections LLC uses AARST- NRPP certified alpha spectrometry testing to give you the information you need in a timely manner. ​
